What ACA Counseling is asking of Clients:
If you or your child has ran fever or had any symptoms of illness, including but not limited to a runny nose, sneezing, coughing, fever, body aches, chills you may NOT attend your appointment in person. Please cancel via a phone call to the office (please leave a voicemail if we do not answer) or email. We are taking temperatures and providing hand sanitizer upon entering our waiting room.
If you or your child arrives at ACA Counseling with visible symptoms of sickness or registers with a temperature you will be asked to leave. Your appointment will be canceled. A cancellation fee will be charged to your account. You may not return for an in-person session until 5 days after your COVID diagnosis.
Thank you to our ACA Family for understanding and respecting these temporary policies we are putting in place. Our goal is to keep our ACA families and ourselves safe and healthy.
Blessings to you,
ACA Counseling
