
Leigh Fowler is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who earned both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from The University of Alabama. She strongly believes that the family system plays a vital role in supporting children and adolescents and views connection within the family as a key foundation for growth and healing.
Leigh specializes in helping children and families navigate challenges related to divorce and blended family dynamics. She works closely with families to build tools that foster connection, resilience, and stability during times of transition.
Leigh has extensive experience working with younger children diagnosed with Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD) and has a special interest in supporting teens and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges.
Leigh operates from a Family Systems philosophy. She utilizes evidence-based counseling approaches, including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She is passionate about empowering children and teens with practical tools to help them move through difficult life stages with confidence and support. Faith-based counseling is available upon request.
Outside of the therapy room, Leigh enjoys spending time with her husband of over 21 years and her family. She loves traveling, watching movies, getting crafty, and spending time with her two dogs.
Leigh bills BCBS, ALL Kids, and accepts private pay.
